Works great for intended purpose
I needed a cheap but decent quad-band GSM phone for travel. This is has worked very well for me travelling in the Czech Republic. I just bought a Vodophone SIM card for around $10 USD when I arrived (the full amount was credited for phone usage) popped it in and it worked great. The thin size is kind of nice and the text messaging is adequate.
Comes w/ UK plug
I got a great price on a good phone and not complaining about or reviewing that. My comments and stars are for "in the box" stuff.
I'm extraordinarily bitter than this version came with the big silly UK 3 prong plug. I scoured all the documentation and couldn't find that said anything for sure. My fingers were crossed that this "international version" would come with the two prong deal used widely across Europe.

A: As far as minutes, I haven't found a better deal than Net10. They have 300 minutes for $30, 600 minutes for $60.00...and so on. 10 cents a minutes. Your minutes roll over too.
